I have had no issues with their repair service, actually I found it quite good. They would respond to my emails within 2 hours & when calling in someone always took my call.

Could try a surveyor’s rod.

The same happened to me. I had to update the firmware for all batteries. One I swapped battery & did the update the problem went away.

I’m fairly new to this site & Autel, I have to say that I do enjoy the site & the experience of other pilots useful. Keep up the good work. There is less clutter on this site.
