    when time permits I will look it up for ya. it is firmware. the tech did not help me resolve the issue. Not being a tech myself, I feel that autel should have taken it back and set it right--I have to get back to you about lite vs lite + too thanks

    @shuggins my whole life I have heard"never heard of that" :) it is true. at home, I deleted the sky app and reinstalled it. Had video pics, remote connected to drone. zero issues. too weird. maybe Autel is afraid of this drone? not sure why they wil not offer to fix it or replace...

    not sure where that info is. My evo lite is BRAND new-- 4 weeks old. I KNOW that the autel firmware update corrupted my firmware. BY deleting it and reloading the sky ap, everything was corrected. Autel admitted that their update was the issue FWIw my iphone is a 13

    Ok , after going round and round with Autel CS, they finally admitted the update for the sky app firmware is at fault. here is what I did to be able to use the original sky app( without updates).I use an iphone 1. DELETE the sky app by pressing andholding the icon until the 3 choices...

    no support for older models

    I consider AUTEL the best drone maker . I love what I have bought and flown so far. PIcked up a EVO NIB and really like that model as well. I was shocked when searching on line that Autel has little to no extra parts( batteries especially) available for this older model why...
