    This is correct. I’ve owned dji phantom 3, phantom 4 pro, mavic 2 pro and I use an air 2s as my backup. My evo 2 pro has a better camera than all of them.

    Has anyone had problems getting Autel Robotics support to reply to their request for help?

    OK. On a whim, I pressed '2' instead of '1'.Was immediately connected to 'sales' and explained the situation. They connected me to tech support and now the ball is rolling. Good luck!

    New to forum. Autel owner since April 2021.

    Ironically, I've come to find out that the customer service is severely lacking. I've contacted support by phone and email several times for over a week and I've received nothing in return. My Evo is under warranty and I need to send it in for repair. This is unacceptable.

    I've been calling this number and emailing this address for over a week. Nothing. My warranty ends in a month and I need to know where to send my Evo II Pro for repairs. Why is it taking so long to give me this information!

    *UPDATE* Nevermind. The ball is now rolling. Good luck. My Evo II Pro is still under warranty. I've attempted to contact tech support for over a week now. I've called and emailed several times but I've yet to receive a reply. When I remain on hold for a tech, I make it to # 1 on the queue...

    After almost 5 years and 7 DJI drones, I purchased an Evo II Pro last April and I'm extremely happy with the decision.
