Was your 2nd camera\gimbal crazy expensive which ever one it was? I watched a guy switch out the cameras and was simple and fast.

I have the T and want to get the N camera so I can switch the payload. I wonder what would happen then! So far they want just as much for the N camera as a whole new Max 4N drone complete. Does not add up.

Did you try to reload the software to see if that mode comes back and is it just the white/dark or all of the color choices? At least everything is working on my bird so far, but this time of the year there is not much flying. Just to darn cold out there most of the time for the fingers.

Interesting opinions if what to purchase for what you want to do with it. Nothing better then finding out from the people who fly them. I am considering moving my Max 4T but want to see what the Mavic 4 will bring to the table first. Then there are the tariffs that will come into play as well.

Jake, Good information. I know I just have the 4T.

I took the two screws loose and tried to lift it out and it didn't want to release. I checked the manual also and I see what their trying to do but I decided to leave that alone for now. This could get expensive if screwed up. They say not to be switching the payloads out a lot.

I have not but I shall give that a try. I am not sure what the connection would be but it's a idea. Tks

Update: To finished this out I did receive this from Autel. "I apologize for any inconvenience caused. The features you mentioned have been removed in version 1.8". So if you want to keep this feature, do not update or it appears the function will go away.
