    I tried to delete the old explorer app to the v2 explorer app And was not able to Even with the instructions given to me by Autel I was not able to delete the old version And the new v2 version did not want to load

    Hi All I have a Evo 2 Dual 640R Enterprise V2 It’s showing me an update, can’t get to download Autel sent me the info but still no good I need to send it to them for this problem, don’t want to do it but I need to. Can anyone help Thanks
