    Evo II took off out of control and crashed in water

    If you get a magnetic interference warning message - you should not spin up the motors. Move the aircraft to another location that doesn’t have magnetic interference before spinning up and launching. Sorry you lost your airplane... sad day.

    I love seeing more competition in the 640x512 space - it will drive down cost and drive up quality. The biggest disadvantage of the current Blue UAS manufactures is the lack of a 640x512 thermal sensor. We are very happy with our E2D Boson sensors here in Austin - we have 3 E2D in our fleet...

    Alternative to EVO II Rugged Bundle case

    We had to cut a bit of foam out of our GPC cases to allow the low-noise props to fit also. Common problem. =)

    Has anyone ever gotten 40min out of their battery?

    Low to mid 30’s is the best I’ve ever gotten... but I also haven‘t run the battery all the way to zero (and don’t recommend doing that for battery health). I can tell you it out flies the M2 Zoom and M2 Enterprise all day long. =)

    Try re-binding the remote to the aircraft if it fails like that. I’ve found that re-binding fixes the errors about forced updates. I typically re-bind the RC after every full FW update on the aircraft and after any FW on the LiveDeck.

    It's not as easy as the DJI battery updates, unfortunately. I download the .bin file from the Autel site and do the updates that way, rather than over the air. Since the system will delete that file from the SD card at the end of the update you need to pull the card and copy/paste the file...

    Autel Evo Altitude not correct!!

    I found the same yesterday while flying an E2P and E2D. Both were off by 7-10 feet after minimal flying.
