I'm surprised it took the CCP this long to exercise that control. The orders no doubt include other things related to data collection and the ability to bypass for their benefit only.

Geofencing is already in place. Ruined a demonstration in Australia because I was unaware this was even happening

Well, I did say this in 2023 ;-) There are actually export controls that started in Aug 2023 from the Chinese Government restricting what can go out, this has taken longer to kick in but it started properly six weeks ago. Some thermal and heavy platforms will be hard to get. All in support of Russia. The ban
