X Star Premium app discconnets al 10 mts high

I need some help my x star premium lost video link and the app disconnect when the drone fly up to 10 mts or higher can you help how to fix it please?

Try cleaning the camera contacts with alcohol or a rubber eraser. (just make sure to clean the contacts after usin an eraser to remove any residue.
