lol I remember in another conversation - people are interested in trying to pick up sound ... in most cases all you would hear are the rotors/props.

You can hardly sneak up on anything with most rotors/props -- lol It sounds like a bee or electric weed eater -- lol

These things sound like Harpies! It seems if they were close enough - they could be heard without a doubt... talk about a distinctive noise! That would drive me insane just hearing that pitch/frequency for any duration ... lol I assume sound is different with the different altitudes too...I can only imagine what that sounds like at 100-200 feet.

True about the sound from the props. But, reactionary time is going to decide on how successful the party being attacked can come out... alive or dead... if 'alive', how alive... braindead-alive or lose all 4 limbs-alive?
