Hello,
Like many of you, I am sequestered in my house, so I decided to get my Evo out of the closet, (no is not like that) and play with the new CrystalSky tablet. I new that does not have maps installed or can connect to Google Services, but it seems there is a way to get the maps if the CS is connected to a phone via a tether connection or a hotspot via WiFi.
Now please bear with me because I don't have the technical knowledge as many of you have.
Tethering is Bluetooth, and I believe the CS has no Bluetooth capabilities. I am correct or not?
So the connection has to be via WiFi.
So my phone is connected to the CS; I can see that both are connected.
Why I can't see the maps on the CS?
What else has to be set up to make it work?
I seem that I missing a step?
Does the phone has to be in Google Maps?
Do the drone and controller has to be outside for me to see the mapping? I only got this Chinese map that disappears when I slide the window to the right.
I appreciate any help, I am tired of looking in forums and YouTube with no avail.
Some people talking about sideloading and I don't know what it means
Thank you all

This fellow was just talking about his and how he gone maps on his.
