Condition is USED although it appears to have been barely used, it looks like new and in excellent condition. I don't have an Evo 1 (only Evo 2) so I cannot tell you about battery details.

Full disclosure, I got these as part of a bundle containing a new RC (yes, I kept the remote).

Def post hoe much for the remote. You can fly with 2 controllers on the evo 1 right? Maybe be useful for part 107
