sold drone question

I am selling my xsp drone and wonder what I need to do since it is registered in my name and number with the FAA

Take it off. If you are just a recreational flyer you only need one registration for all of your drones. If you are part 107 you need one for each one in your fleet.
When I sold my XSP all I had to do was remove the numbers and put it on my new drone.

If you are registered as 107, you go to dronezone.faa.gov and log in. Under UAV inventory chose the drone you sold and cancel the registration for that UAV and as for reason of cancelation, chose that you sold it.
