Show Flight Route inop

The show flight route does not work for me anymore. Autel support has been poor because the tech I spoke to didn’t seem to understand how it even worked. In the past when I had that feature enabled a narrow blue line would appear on the map showing exactly where the drone had flown. The engineeer said that was only for when you were looking at flight logs....... I believe that is incorrect. Anyone here have that same problem and if you did how did you resolve it?

I'm assuming you have it turned on in the App?

If so you might have to uninstall the App as something might have got corrupted. If you do this and want to save any flight routes you should upload them to the cloud so you can sync them back up later.
