Ha! Lucky for us all, customer service is one of the pluses to Autel.that made me go look at my autel bags

Just a bad bag, not usual with Autel. They are usually very high quality. Don't return the evo, just contact customer support if the bag is a problem for you. They will fix it for you.I finally received my Autel Evo... I have yet to unbox the drone. But even pulling out the carrying case has me worried... what do you think. Should I’ve worried?
I still want to feel confident in Autel. And like I said, I haven’t unboxed the drone yet. I’m still hopeful, and I feel confident that the bag logo is a small deal.
