Range problems

My premium drone is only going 1/4 of a mile before coming back. I see people going over 2 miles. Please help me as something is obviously wrong. Thanks.

From the app, Settings icon - check Flight Control Settings/Distance Limit. When Beginner Mode is OFF - default limit is 800m (.5 mile)

It goes roughly .23 mile and comes back.

No. Turn the beginner mode off. Try to get to a good, clear, mostly unobstructed area and try. You should be able to get a mile easily, and maybe more. My max so far has been 1.88 miles over water. Lost the control signal but still had clear video. XSP came home on it's own without issue.

OH! I also should mention that I have the Skyreat reflectors on the antennae.

More diagnostic info needed.
- Are you getting any messages, like battery low, video interference, etc?
- Do you have good signal up to the limit you are seeing?
- Is it just hitting the wall and refusing to go further?
- Any other problems during flight
- What is your XSP altitude above you? Any obstructions? trees, houses, etc?
- Recent compass calibration?
