Property owner maybe did not want to sell

I took a video of the reservoir and noticed this house and how they built the water channel underneath? The resovoir and channel were built like 20+ years ago.

That is very nice! I have got to get myself up the road a few miles to get some decent videos. I flew my drone the other day and found a Chevrolet Chevette and a yellow HotPoint refrigerator.
