Oklahoma considers drone restrictions for hobbyist drone pilots

In here, basically what OK can do is prevent take off from their state. Once it's airborn, they can't do squat!

Edit: What this dumb lawmaker is proposing that if you aren't flying according to the FAA law, then you will go to jail. Does he realize that even if you have Part 107, when you do it for fun, you are flying under 336. Anyways, even if you don't have Part 107 certification, as long as you have your drone registered and properly marked, you are flying within the FAA rules. So ? Oklahoma!

Part 336 has been revoked under the new legislation passed last November.
