New drone Evo Lite, remote control and aircraft disconnected message , iphone 11

Recently just bought Evo Lite, brand new out of the box

as I'm trying to connect it

I got this message


and camera IS connected
but the other controls are NOT

anybody else had this issue ?

phone is. Iphone 11 + OEM standart cable

no firmware upgrades


Previously flied on EVO2 Pro on this phone and it was ok

Is this the Autel SKY app? it looks different.

That’s the Autel Explorer Application. Wrong app. Like the above mentioned, you need the Autel Sky app to fly the new series of drones.

I bought the drone a week ago and I also have the same problem with iPhone 11.
I need to unplug the cable and plug it back in
