Gimble cover!

Yes I did it….I powered up my Evo without taking off the gimble cover, than after taking off the cover and a short panic attack I did a gimble adjustment thingy and everything seemed to be OK.
Is everything OK? I'm a newbie and I feel stupid.

The Evo was designed with forgetfulness in mind. When the gimbal tries to power up and feels the resistance caused by the cover, it automatically shuts down the gimbal motors to prevent damage. You are fine.
