Gimbal not responding at all.

Has anyone else experienced your gimbal not responding at all straight out of the box?...it will not calibrate nor will it respond to any remote commands....it constantly seems like it is adjusting itself...any feed back is welcomed....thanks.
 
I haven't heard of that. Hopefully you took off the gimbal guard.
 
From the experience of others that have had your situation, the problem lies with a lose ribbon cable within the drone. If yours is new, I would exchange it. If is has been sitting and can't be returned, then call Autel, so you can get it repaired under warranty.

Thanks I will...I have only had it 8 days now, but I noticed it the first day...I am currently waiting for the dealer I purchased it from to finish inspecting it...if they don't replace it then I will try Autel as you suggested.
