Gimbal moving erratically

Our EVO fell from the sky for now reason. Now the gimbal moves erratically. We reinstalled the firmware hoping that would fix it. It did not. Do we need to replace the gimbal? Send in for repair? We aren't sure what to do to get the drone working again.

I tried to calibrate the gimbal, but it said the attitude was irregular. I couldn't calibrate it. Where can I get it repaired/replaced?
