hi, is there a way to view full screen without the black bars on the sides? and also cant find how to set the gymbal speed?

Change the display from Photo to Video. That should place the screen as full screen.

You can adjust the Gimbal Exp in Settings>Gimbal>Gimbal Pitch Exp.
