Hi all
Got a evo2 v3 which will not connect to the livedeck2 ,I did a firmware update raised a ticket and sent it off for repair on returning the equipment I felt the problem still had not been resolved as connection failure messages were still displayed I have checked the firmware table again and the version on the battery and vision module are now different to the installed battery now reads 0.0.21.0 and the vision module 49.50.51.52
I have raised another ticket however should I try a factory reset or are version number changes a sign of hardware issues
