failed firmware update on new drone

i recently purchased my nano plus and immediately went to upgrade it. made it to 74 ish % and failed. there's no new prompts for firmware and the is junked wont move and fails self check. tried formatting the sd card. aswell as finding the newest firmware and updating by sd card but the aircraft just disconnects. did send in a support ticket and still waiting. if anyones got a fix it'd be much appreciated.

There are some fw available here, did you try flashing them, since the OS has now failed?
