EVO Camera not displaying on attached phone or controller display.

I haven't flown my drone for awhile due to a move. When I did start it up I noticed that the camera is not displaying on my Samsung phone in the Autel Explorer app or on the drone controller display. This is the first time I've had an issue with this awesome drone that I've had now for about 3 or 4 years. I need ideas about how to resolve this so that I can get back to flying.

please check your usb connector cable.

I had similar and sd card was corrupted.
When i took card out camera was showing again.
Card however is not recognized by computer or phone or other drone.
