EVO Blurry 4K videos

Are there any settings I should focus on, particularily in the evening, that will help reduce blurry images while filming in auto mode, 4k 60fps?

I am using Davinci Resolve for color correcting, but even before doing that, the uncorrected 4k videos are quite fuzzy.

You shouldn't record in low light with auto settings. For some reason it doesn't adjust itself correctly.

Any suggestions on which particular settings will help reduce the noise and blurring while in manual mode?
