EVO 2 DYNAMIC TRACK NO GOOD

EVO 2 manual states evo 2 can track 64 types of targets with people, care animal at top of list. Why do I get an "exiting tracking message 1 second after the 3 second count down and the box turns solid green? This happens with the smart controller and using the app with galaxy-9.

I am pissed spending near $3000 on the drone, smart controller and extra batterys for something dont work as it was meant.

HELP ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!

I've owned a handful of drones that do tracking: Anafi, Evo, Skydio. Skydio is in a different league but also very limited when you're NOT tracking a subject and has limited modes. The Evo II tracking was 2nd best for me, and it was an excellent drone in most other attributes. It would easily lose objects if you momentarily ducked behind a tree or something but every other drone I've owned (except for Skydio) had the same problem.
