That is actually a really good question.

Surely the morons and evil doers are scarier. I analogy is that if these people didn't exist, then the draconian laws would never have emerged. No matter which part of the world you come from, politicians always combat stupid with stupid. Always have been, always will be. This is why I got my Part 107 certification, to get the law on my side as much as possible.
