hey everybody! i wanted to know what autel's customer service is like. i know people HATE dji service and LOVE yuneec's. from some people who have dealt with it a little bit, what have been your experiences compared to these other 2 brands?
Pretty good overall...They are responsive and helpful. I've had 3 instances when I needed them, twice they gave me new (refurb) drones when I lost 2 from a compass issue & a sudden failed battery issue. Flight logs told the stories, no pushback...
HiloHawaiian, Just curious, if you lost the drones how were you able to get the flight logs? Are the saved to the app.? Ive wondered about this for sometime, thanks, OC
