Does anyone know if they are currently in lockdown or if there’s a problem with their servers? I’ve seen a couple of people post elsewhere that they’ve had trouble getting a complete fw/sw download from the site, and the auto response to emailed support tickets does not appear to be working.

I think they are in a bad state right now with both coronavirus and the chop zone next door. Lets hope they can recover
