my 2nd remote will not bind correctly. I have disconnected the number1 remote and tried to bind remote 2 as the only one will not work. i am running newst firmware.I have hook up remote 1 at least 10 times so i know what to do1. i pushed the 3 correct buttons , to bind remote 2 it goes thru motions but does not bind like in the 2 videios on u tube or remote instructions.

I have also ran into that problem trying to bind 2nd remote. Watched video on how to do also over and over and it still never connected. Finally gave up and put it away.

I talk to autell . They told me to update, but it made no change. Got this remote on amazon on 6-11-20.
Autell told me to send it back to them autell.
