can't change distance limits

Had drone about a month. I have tried everything. Every time I try to change the distance limits I get an error message. I am only getting 300 feet.
I am not in beginner mode. frustrating

Are you using an Apple product as an FPV? What version of IOS?

What kind of device is running the Starlink App? If it’s an iOS device, there’s a known series of conflicts with iOS 11.2+
Have you tried to reset and start from scratch?
