I have sent several emails to autel and all I get is a ticket number and no response. I've been emailing enterprise support as I have their most expensive enterprise gear.
Whats the best way to get a response from Autel regarding my technical issues.
If I buy their customer care package, do you think they will respond to my emails? Don't want to pay good more money on top of the $16,000.00 already to be no better off!
