I upgraded my Evo 2 Pro in early May (v.2.3.8) and the versions on my screen for the components are lower than those shown in your screenshot. I've not flown my E2P v1 since then ... so it is possible that it may trigger an update message if I activate it now

yes, that makes sense their being on v2. my v1 is quite different and even today, only calls for Smart Controller upgrade. I'm unlikely to see much change for v1 from here on out.

Thanks! Can you tell me please, is there a table somewhere by which we can determine the version of the general firmware in accordance with the firmware of the components?
The component Table is a link on the left on the firmware page I linked above. Unfortunately, they do not provide a way (that I know of) to look at the Tables of older firmware. I try and take a screenshot when each new firmware comes out and save it for future reference.

I have a Dual 640R camera. I upgraded to 2.3.23 for V2 Smart Controller. I used yesterday. Everything seems to be fine. I get both thermal IR and RGB visible images for each shot.

When designing a mission in Autel Explorer with the drone attached and the thermal camera active, does the number of images include both thermal IR and RGB visible images or just the thermal IR images? See attachment.

I am using the Dual 640R thermal camera. I tried to shoot a 30 acres thermal IR test survey today but experienced 2 problems.

1. After the 1st battery change I could not get the drone (setup as a rover with an Emlid Reach RS2 as the base) to obtain an RTK FIX position. No matter what I tried it stayed in FLOAT. I eventually turned off RTK so I could complete the Mission.

2. The 2nd problem I ran into started about 2/3 through the survey. The camera stopped taking photos then would eventually start again. It randomly skipped several entire flight lines. I let the flights continue until the battery ran down.

See attached screen captures.

This number is just the # of thermal IR photos. You will also have an equal number of RGB Visible photos but much larger in size. You need to consider this in right sizing your SD card.
