Autel x-star premium bindig

X STAR PREMIUM WILL NOt BIND
I have tried every everything I know but I just can not bind my XSP with the controler.
The aircraft has only 6 hours of flight time.
I have:
Used a iOS tablet with latest software
Used an Andriod phone with latest software
Updated firmware in aircraft
Used all new cords
Watched the flashing red and green light or each side of the reset button
Tried 3 fully charged batteries
Removed camera unit, inspected it and slide it back on with a click.
Do I have a $700 paperweight? I get no help from Autel and I'm within an inch of buying a DJI unit.
