Autel Explorer synco to cloud (for Dronelogbook) - on ANOTHER account!?

Hello! Bought an EVO 2 pro REFURBISHED, so used by another pilot. Had my first flights and I am VERY satified (ex- Parrot Anafi user). But when I'm yesterday wanted to bind my EVO 2 pro to Dronelogbook, I discovered that the former user is still logged in - so my flights go to his account. As I bought the EVO from a company in the Netherlands, I have no contact whatsoever with the former user. Very annoying.
Is there a method to get the former user logged out (or his account deactivated) so I can sync my flights to my own account!?

Problem solved = case closed!
I reported this to Autel Technical Support; they deactivated the account of the former owner and activated mine. Works perfect!
