Autel Evo II Enterprise with Smart Controller GPS Issue

For some reason I am not able to set up the location of this device to calibrate the maps. It doesnt connect to any gps. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? My map doesnt bring anything up, and it has the maps in Mandarin.

Please help!

Check the android settings before the splash screen. In particular check the time zone, and check that the OS is linked to network time. That may help

For basemaps, go into Explorer settings > general > and toggle on "MapBox"
