I don’t ever post on here but felt I needed to acknowledge Autel for their exceptional customer service. I purchased my refurbished Xstar in July of 2017 from Autel. I had a critical battery failure Thursday Sept. 27 2018 and contacted Autel customer service that night and they responded with in ten minutes asking for the sn for my drone and battery so I sent the information Friday and by that afternoon I had a tracking number for a new battery that is free. That in my opinion exceeds expectations. Thank you Autel for a great product and outstanding customer service.
