Aftermarket solutions???

Are there any viable after market solutions for parts/labor for gimbal repair. Mine split apart at the roll motor. Need a new rubber shock absorber too. I'm fairly positive Autel will want a small mortgage to do it.

Your best bet would be to have autel repair it. You don't want a third party to take it and make matters worse. Autel doesn't sell replacement parts for the gimbal, they have to repair it themselves. Email them and wait about a week for a response and then go from there. It only took 2 days for them to fix and send back mine.

sorry to disagree I am currently trying to get my Evo 2 dual back from them as I paid 80$ to ship it to them to replace the cable that connects the camera to drone through the gimbal $4,999.00 more than I paid for the entire thing that's nuts I will just sell it brokje or get ins and then claim it!!
