360 panos problem

I use ptgui and affinity photo as my work flow. The problem I'm having is that my edited raw images look great, but after stitching them in ptgui I'm finding that the sky is very washed out, even though the images used had way more blue sky? any thoughts? Not saying that one or two images are brighter due to sun exposure, but it just seems that the stitching is taking more of the over exposed area and not the blue sky?
