Hi, agree with you. Autel has deserted a group of loyal customers and got them going when they started and then dumped us. As mentioned I have also not bought a EVO which I was going to do how can you trust a company that dumps their loyal customers, I think its very sad. Cheers, John

Agree what has been said here. I have 4 batteries all gone bad and cannot fly it anymore very disappointed in Autel and now refuse to buy any of their products.

Yes I am in the same boat where to buy batteries. Great disappointment pilots like me who supported Autel in the early days and bought the XStar have been deserted regarding batteries can't get them. One reason I am now not buying a Evo (I WAS!).

I am not convinced it was drone that big dent in the dome looks very smooth with no scratches??? Strange

Hi Andrew, I have had mine since the launch and has been a great quad. I compare it very favorably with my Phantom 3 Pro. The video quality is also great. Cheers, John
