As far as I know you can do that in "Precision Flight"-mode.

Since the latest update (2.7.25) the gimbal tilt on my Evo II Pro is extremely sensitive in smart orbit while in manual mode it is fine. It also seems to tilt up (above 0°) in smart orbit mode even though I have disable this function in the settings. Anybody else have this problem or a solution...

I had the same problem yesterday. What it solved it for me was to change to photo mode, change the aperture and then change back to video mode. If I recall correctly I then could change the aperture in video mode as well and was not stuck with the aperture setting from the photo mode. Hope that...
