I attached my Drone tag module forward, centered, on top. I think this is on top of the GPS antenna. My photogrammetry ortho photo location accuracy went down the swirler. Is there a better location for this module to comply with the remote ID requirement and minimize GPS antenna interference.

Did you ever relocate your broadcast module? I noticed this seller of a 3D-printed mount suggests placing it on one of the forward arms:

I'm considering velcro-ing mine to a similar spot on one of the arms.

I put mine on side of a rear arm and use a black rubber band to hold it in place. I cut out a notch in the carry case foam so it still fits.

I hang a Tracki GPS/LTE tracker off one of the legs in case the drone does something stupid. Probably a good spot for a RID module also. I just put a small piece of velcro on the leg and the tracker to keep it from sliding around. (and wrap velcro around the tracker/leg to keep it on the drone)
